Give the Gift Of

The classes on The Practice this month are all centred around the idea of giving. 'tis the season, right? However, rather than giving out to others we are focusing on giving in to ourselves. Expect lots of deep rest, the opportunity to slow down, presence, stillness, and gratitude. Chances are, even if you're not a 'giver', you are not giving yourself enough of any of those!

New this month:

Deep Rest
restorative

This class - the gift of deep rest - is the opportunity for you to get totally still and to give yourself the space to do nothing at all. A restorative practice which, unlike yin where we use relaxation to deepen into the postures, here we're actually bringing the ground to meet our body in every single pose.

Slowing Down
vinyasa

Give yourself the gift of tuning out of the pace of everything going on around you and enjoy taking things at a slower pace, embracing all of the feelings that might come up when we go a little slower.

Presence
vinyasa

This class is all about giving the gift of presence, beyond the mat. We're using our practice as a tool to develop an understanding of how we can be more present in the way in which we show up in all areas of our lives.

Stillness
yin

This class is all about giving yourself the gift of stillness. Whilst this is a restful, yin practice we'll still be observing sensations in the body using the act of surrender and stillness to really go deep into all layers of the body - not just the physical.
