Surrounded by fields and green spaces, with a distant sea view and the most incredible sunrises. In collaboration with our friends, REESET.
REST AND REESET is the perfect space for some real time out.
We will use our yoga practices to unwind the body and mind, to invite a softness and surrender into our state of being. This is a nurturing space, where you will be supported in the unravelling of your daily stresses, to allow you to reconnect to the true essence of your natural state of being and find a sense of inspiration to take home with you.
