My family home in the beautiful French countryside will play host to a 4 day / 3 night retreat. There’ll be lots of yoga, delicious food, and space to breathe and find the time for yourself. I know it’ll be magical and an opportunity to give you time and space to rest and reset.

Surrounded by fields and green spaces, the house is the perfect haven for some real time out. We will use our yoga practices to unwind the body and mind, to invite a softness and surrender into our state of being. This is a nurturing space, where you will be supported in the unravelling of your daily stresses, to allow you to reconnect to the true essence of your natural state of being and find a sense of inspiration to take home with you ahead of the Autumn Equinox.
