NEW THIS MONTH

A practice that moves through varying levels of intensity to offer the exploration of building and softening and alternate between active and passive elements of practice.

In this class we will build space in the body through warming ourselves with movement and breath, before settling into a nurturing restorative close

A deeply nurturing and nourishing practice to support you in down-regulation of the nervous system to support the healing of any part of ourself that feels under strain and restore balance

We're so excited to be joined by our first guest teacher here on The Practice - and what a pleasure to have James Dowler [aka Breathe With James] as the first.
In this 20 minute meditation, James will guide us through a breathwork session designed to help with emotional release. We'll be using breathwork as a tool to help clear and emotional baggage or build up of emotional charge that we may be holding onto in our body so that in turn we can feel more coherent and clear internally.

In this 30 minute yoga class we'll focus on unravelling from our day. Maybe you're feeling a little bit stressed or tired? Maybe you found your way here to just give yourself some space between everything that you've done in your day and going to bed and/or winding down? This class will help to shift your body and mind down a gear or two.

A restorative 30 minute class, practiced on the earth, to nurture, ground, and restore body and mind. This class can be practiced on it’s own or preceded by “Moon”.
