I don’t know about you, but when the weather is cold and the days are short, a juice cleanse is even less likely to hit the spot than it is at any other time of the year. So this month is all about getting seriously juicy and warming the body from the inside out - ridding ourselves of anything stagnant that we are ready to leave behind as we step into the new year! I often find that my body craves these kind of classes after long stints of stillness - that might be from sitting at my laptop all day, or it might be after a long trip in the car/on a train/on a plane etc.
But it’s so important to remember that this is not about restricting or about “starting again” as so many of us are led to believe we should be doing on the first month of the year. In fact, it’s often the case that we already have everything we need, we just need to tap into it and find that reserve and that inner energy. Let’s embrace winter for all that it is with juicy flows [think twists and stretches and and getting deep into our muscles and joints]

bio: perhaps this is your first 15 minutes on the mat this year, perhaps you've been on the road and feel a little stiff, or maybe you've had a restless night in a different bed and are feeling a little sticky. Whatever your reason for rolling out your mat, first; welcome. And second; let's move! This 15 minute class will work through some slow movements along the whole body - we start at the head and neck before moving through the spine, into our hips, and then down our hamstrings to our ankles and feet. Delicious!
