I am so glad to be able to share a dedicated space for pregnancy yoga. Here you will find practices that have been created to support you at this special time.
These classes have been designed for all stages of pregnancy but you must seek advice from your doctor before practicing. If you are experiencing any aches, pains or complications during your pregnancy (such as pelvic girdle pain) these videos may not be for you.
Below you will find a ‘how to modify’ video, which is a good place to start. Although it is there to give you tips to apply to a regular open yoga class, there are useful tips that are worth knowing before you get started.
The Stretch & Strengthen class and the Relax video have been designed to fit together if you would like the option of a longer practice. I hope you enjoy the flexibility this brings.
